Happy holidays everyone!
As I barely just ordered my Christmas cards for family and close friends this week, I'm also a bit behind on the holiday shopping. But don't get me wrong, I'm completely in the holiday spirit of things. As long as I have a Christmas list of people I need to buy for, I'm confident that I'll get everyone's presents in time for Christmas Day, especially the hubby's. Ok...that's just me reassuring myself. Smile.
It's been a very busy past three weeks for me trying to get everything ready & prepared for the Beatnik Studios' 3rd Annual Holiday Party and Craft Fair this past Sunday, Dec. 11th. Shopping bags check, Ninna Lu goods check, christmas table decorations check, oh and a six foot table check.
In summary, my first ever experience as a traveling boutique was a learning one. I am glad and honored that Ninna Lu got the opportunity to be able to participate. Being that it was a first holiday event, trying to coordinate everything I needed as far as shop supplies, merchandise selection, display pieces, and table set-up, I felt more at ease that it would operate as a shop smoothly, but at the same time, I also felt nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. So the unexpected turned out to be a relief. I had loads of fun. Family and friends came by to show their support which truly I needed.
I'd like to give a shout out thank you to my friend Cassie for being there to help me! It will never be forgotten and I will always be grateful.
